Plain English: I only collect what I need to reply to you, and I never sell your information.

This policy explains how Thrash Digital (Michael Thrash, Alexandria, Louisiana) handles information on thrashdigital.com.
What I collect
- Quote requests: when you use the quote form, you send me your name, email, and message, plus anything else you choose to fill in (business name, phone number, the service you're interested in, and who referred you).
- Emails you send me: if you email [email protected], I receive your email address and your message.
- Security and site statistics: my hosting provider, Cloudflare, protects this site from bots and attacks and may show me basic, privacy-friendly visit statistics (like page views). The security check on the quote form looks at signals from your browser to tell people from bots.
How I use it
- To reply to you, prepare quotes, and do the work you hire me for.
- To keep normal business records, like quotes, agreements, and invoices.
- To keep the site secure and working.
I don't use your information for advertising, and I don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Who helps me run the site
A few trusted services process information on my behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides security.
- Resend delivers quote-form messages to my inbox and sends my email replies.
- Google provides my business email inbox.
These companies handle data under their own privacy policies. I may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a couple of small, temporary settings in your own browser, like whether you closed a promotional banner. They're deleted when you close the tab. Cloudflare's security features may use a cookie that's needed to protect the site.
How long I keep it
I keep quote requests and emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep business and tax records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time, unless I need to keep it for legal or tax reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you. Just email [email protected].
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. I do not collect any information from children. If a child has sent me information through the quote form or by email, contact me and I'll delete it right away.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
